Cristina blends instructional design techniques with true Revenue Enablement through diagnosing skill gaps, coming up with creative ways for reps to learn and apply new behaviors, and measuring her programs. She partnered heavily with the Revenue Enablement team to roll out MEDDPICC to the Enterprise group, certify all reps on the Dialpad value story, and design a program to help the Sales Engineers grow their selling skillset.
